When Steven Weiss at the Beadsmith asked me to make a piece in the micromacramé for their campaign for their new, wonderful, elegant claspes, I realy had to say yes. (Of course I am not the only one he asked. We are about 25 in that group.)
I got two of this claspes to play with, and the first one has now got its location in a white necklace for a bride. I used C-lon Bead Mac Cord, golden Matsuno seed beads, secondhand Swarovski krystals from old necklaces and freshwaterpearls.
When I do something like this the result is unknown for me untill the whole piece is done. I try something, and if that seems to be good, I just continue. This time it was extremely important to do the best I ever could, so I just let inspiration do the job.
